Leak coming from lead drain from hallway sink replaced with PVC and proper fittings, tested and checked for leaks. Let homeowner know to look under sink for leaks due to pop-up assembly missing plastic gasket. resealed for pop up to make leak stop and there was no warranty for that repair.

R22 equipment with a refrigerant leak at the condenser coil and a restriction at the TXV. System has frozen up multiple times and currently has water inside the furnace and on the floor. There’s no pan nor any water safeties. Blower and dual capacitors are out of tolerance. Contactor is pitted. Disconnect box is straight wired with only the panel breaker to kill power to the outdoor unit. Blower wheel and condenser coil need to be chemically cleaned. System is running and cooling but will continue to freeze due to low refrigerant levels.
