Home is being sold and was inspected. Found that the homeowner had fixed the affected toilet before my arrival. Inspected all 3 toilets to find them working as per normal. Looked at the water heater and under homeowner authorization the temperature was adjusted to 120F.

Customer is responsible for all drywall repair. Mr. Griggs had us out today because he had no heat after inspection found the root of the issue was a bad thermostat wire customer had floors redone previous day and thermostat wire runs up underneath floor. Customer agreed to go with my B option installed new return Plenum with 4 inch filter rack, sealed up all leaky ducks as best as possible brand new thermostat wire. system is working properly. Customer is satisfied.

Marshall was who I wanted back! He is very pleasant and calm. Very patient and explains everything he is doing. Thoughtful about how he approached the work and made sure we were inconvenienced on a minimal level if possible. We are pleased with his work and was glad he came to do our complete panel box replacement.

Upon arrival customer stated system making loud noises. After tech did a full inspection of system tech found cracks at furnace heat exchanger. Cracks in the heat exchanger can lead to potential of a fire in the furnace and carbon-monoxide exposure. The individuals is now liable for potential safety hazards that occur in the unsafe conditions of the furnace. Also tech found, no flood safety ceiling switch, dirty blower wheel, bad flame sensor, improper ductwork size for existing system, ductwork not sealed, damage outdoor defrost board, low a/c pressures, failing contactor switch, and dirty filter. After explaining these concerns with customer, tech went over our system repair vs system replacement options with customer. Customer wants to schedule a CA out today to quote on full system upgrade and ductwork modifications.
