Performed a full system inspection today, I found multiple issues with the outdoor unit, considering it being a 1996 R22 system with as many repairs needed I am recommending replacement. The furnace is a 2015 and I found a few concerns with it as well. It has a dirty blower wheel and a inducer motor pulling high amps.

The noise was coming from the return duct board plenum that is breaking down. Need to replace the plenum along with the supply duct board plenum. Needs water safeties. Also, the furnace needs to be lifted up out of the secondary drain pan. Need to install a bottom for the furnace.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Performed promotional prepurchase inspection of main sewer line. Observed pipe shear discharge side of cleanout and root growth underneath drain in front yard. No County clean out found. Visible moisture in basement on cinder blocks coming from main sewer line penetration. Sealant needed asap. Performed visual inspection of interior plumbing. Drain under kitchen sink improperly installed and in need of repair.

Due to unforeseen access issues from behind, customer gave technician permission to remove however much tile was needed from the front, in order to remove current three handled shower valve and install a new single handled unit. Customer understands that TE Certified is not responsible for any content replacement, both tile and sheet rock. Access was gained from the crawlspace for front hose bib. Hose bib and a large section of piping were replaced. Hose bib was secured to the brick with concrete anchors and sealed with clear silicone. Hose bib shut off valve in the crawlspace was left in the off position, to accommodate for upcoming cold weather. Upstairs shower valve was replaced successfully. Per customer request, hot and cold shut off valves were also installed. After all connections on shower valve were tested for proper functionality and leaks, valves were then turned to the off position. Tub shower trim was left in the customer Provided box until shower wall has been repaire

Upon arrival, the customer showed us to the upstairs hallway guest bathroom, where the toilet was slightly wobbling due to unlevel tiling. We shimmed up the toilet in order to remove all shaking and wobbling from the toilet. The customer has declined a pull and reset at this time.

Arrived onsite with new kohler soft close seat. Toilet was already here and located in master bedroom. I inspected the flange and noticed there was a small fracture where the bolts slide into place. I brought this to the customers attention and he opted to replace. I used inside pipe cutters and cut the old flange out. I glued a 3” coupling on the pipe below. Then a small piece of 3” pipe to connect the new flange. I set was ring and nylon bolts then set toilet. Used two shims under the front then tightened toilet down. Tested for leaks. No leaks. Caulked toilet and advised customer NOT TO USE TOILET UNTIL CAULK HAS DRIED.

Install 5 new wafers off existing switchleg, replaced box for fan in living room, replaced ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom.

Replaced all breakers with duel function safety breakers, replaced two lights in basement bath with led can trims, trouble shot multiple circuits, added box behind fridge for flying junction, replaced hanging/taped on dryer outlet box, redevice basement, installed back to back outlet in garage, replaced outlet in laundry and behind wine cooler, added whole home surge in flush mount box

Installed Tankless water heater, pressure regulator valve and new gas connection for stove in kitchen. Tested and checked for leaks. Customer let us know that he wasn’t using gas dryer so we left that gas connection disconnected.

Panel replacement, grounding system, surge protector and 2 new crawlspace circuits

Install new Tesla Electric Vehicle charger on existing wiring. Install new upgraded whole home surge protection. Install new outlet in closet for office.

Replaced water heater with additional anode rod for extended warranty. Replaced tank, shut off valve, gas flex, and expansion tank. Fired water heater and purged lines. Checked for leaks, no leaks.

Completed a troubleshoot and replaced two bad breakers.

Installed 2 new toilets due to old age also major rebuild on bathroom toilet in first floor. Tested and checked for leaks

During our visit, the old leaking water heater was replaced in the garage. A new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater was installed. A new pressure reducing valve and main shutoff were also installed in the garage. An anode upgrade kit was added to the new water heater extending the manufacturer warranty to 10 years. All connections were tested for leaks after completion.

Customer approved a different style kohler in the 10 inch rough. After removing all the old toilets I inspected the flange. All flanges were in good condition so no need to replace. That price was removed from the invoice.

For this job we replaced two dual-function breakers that were good bad. We also completed a troubleshoot for a GFCI.
