HVAC, Plumber & Electrical FAQs
The average cost to replace an electrical panel ranges from $1,595 - $3,000 depending on the amperage. The higher the amperage needed the more expensive the new electrical panel would be. Amp replacement is necessary when the existing system cannot be upgraded to meet new standard needs or when there is a safety risk to the existing system.
Tankless water heater cost in Marietta ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the size and type of the water heater being installed. Tankless water heaters have a higher initial price compared to tank heaters because of a more labor-intensive set-up if new gas and water lines are required for installation. For electrical tankless heaters, new electric wiring will probably not be needed for installation in most cases.
If you're experiencing AC not cooling your Marietta area home while the system is powered on, you could have a clogged or blocked coil. Unfortunately, a wide variety of debris can find its way into this equipment, including grass, dirt, and other contaminants. This can result in a serious clog, which can lead to a system malfunction. The best way to prevent this is with regular AC cleaning and maintenance visits.

Installed customer supplied basket strainer and tail piece on right compartment of kitchen sink. Filled and drained sink several times to test.

Installed 80 gallon LDE water heater. Everything installed up to current plumbing code. Let customer know that if the business grows the 80 gallon heater may not keep up with how much hot water is being used. After installation we checked and tested for leaks. Did a thorough clean up.

Replace 6 in duct that was damaged due to flood. Cut out we ducting and removed damaged section due to flood. Replaced approximately 15 foot of 6in ducting and sealed. Could not inspected airflow at this time due to no power to indoor equipment as electric panel has been unwired.

Installed two returns in floor under table. Returns strapped and sealed. This reduced return noise when system runs and will help system last longer and run efficiently.

We replaced a 40 a breaker with a new 15 amp breaker. We also replaced a tandem breaker with two single breakers. We fixed double tapped breaker and installed a new breaker. We tested outdoor outlet and it wouldn’t reset. We replaced it as a courtesy.

Great service and both people that were there to work on my units were trustworthy. They broke down what needs to be done now and what would wait till the winter. Love being treated well.
Great job!

Customer had recently purchased the home. There were some plumbing issues that had been identified by the home inspector. The issues were the front hose bibb, tankless heater, and reverse osmosis system in the kitchen. We were able to go through these and identify some changes that we recommend. Also recommending some changes that would benefit the plumbing system.

2 system Homecare. Checked media filter flushed drain lines, cleaned flame sensors, performed carbon monoxide inspection, checked refrigerant levels, checked electrical components and safeties. Visually inspected coils, blowers and heat exchangers. Found upstairs unit drain line runs into main floor condensate pump and was clogged. Customer approved running drain to vent stack. Reran drain to vent stack checked for leaks no leaks found. Also found both UV lights are in need of replacing soon. Quoted replacing uv bulbs. Customer holding off on replacing bulb until next visit.

For this job, I replaced a chandelier and floodlight bulbs

Checked both systems and working at this time. Blowers need to be cleaned, static pressures are good, drains flushed, filters are ok, minimal floor protection, outdoor units working but need capacitors replaced and coils cleaned. Client agreed to coil cleanings, capacitors, home care maintenance plan. Replaced capacitors outside and deep cleaned both outdoor coils.

For this job we installed a new light and switch leg and replaced two light fixtures.

Excellent service

I was called out to Marc & Katharine‘a house for a Homecare maintenance. During the thorough evaluation we discovered that both systems have high static pressure due to small duct work and the duct work itself is outdated as well.
Albert was professional, kind and very thorough. He did a great job.

Inspected main floor system. Found rust in the heat exchanger; dirty evap coil, blower wheel, and condenser coil; pitted contactor, no drain pan nor water safeties. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
3-19 Service
Excellent service and workmanship

Gas leak was coming from gas control valve for water heater and I recommended homeowner to replace the water heater due to age and because the gas leak coming from the heater. I Replace the 50 gallon water heater and added a warranty extension kit with a new expansion tank strap to the wall, shutoff, and installed double wall for the heater. I ran 5ft of 1/2 gas due to the gas flex hose being long and copper and replace the hose with a yellow flex hose. I tested everything and checked for leaks.

Same day appointment was greatly appreciated for a smoke alarm that chirped all night (not a battery)! Noah was very nice and quickly found the problem and fixed it. He checked all the others as well
Jansen and his crew from TE Certified arrived as scheduled were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The work was completed in a day instead of the 2 it was scheduled for which was appreciated. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work.
Austin and William returned to our home to install a cartridge in our kitchen sink faucet which was leaking. As part of a prior visit for another issue they had assessed the problem with the sink and the part that we needed. As the sink was made in Europe, we had to acquire the part from Europe as well. We specifically asked that they return for the installation. The price of the part and the installation were much less expensive than replacing the faucet which another plumber had recommended.
Excellent Job!
Tristan’s customer focus was apparent throughout our interactions. Seeing that minimizing the damage to my Sheetrock and cabinet box was a deep concern to me, he empathized such that my own concern clearly became a deep concern of his. Unfortunately we had to end up destroying the cabinet after all, but he made a suggestion that eliminated the need for me to have to rebuild the cabinet (saving me tremendous time and effort). Not only that, but seeing his concern caused me to trust that he had my best interests at heart, which made the entire process much more satisfying.
