Ralph had us out today because his system for his main floor is not heating properly. Upon arrival, Ralph informed us that the system does not reach above 66° inside the home. The system is a 2009 heat pump. We noticed that the outdoor control board was off on low pressure lock out. After resetting the board, we checked refrigerant pressures and noticed that the system was low on refrigerant. We performed a quick Leak search in notice multiple small leaks at the evaporator coil. We also noticed that the system has no flood protection or any IAQ products. The outdoor contactor was very worn out and pitted needed to be replaced.

Installed nema 14-50r outlet for ev charger below electrical panel. Tested and functioning properly.

Cut out remaining burnt wire and pull slack to set new box with new outlet. Tested and functioning properly. I inspected the panel and it is in great shape. I do recommend surge protection for your panel as well as smoke detectors for the bedrooms. Both updates would be bring you up to electric code in those areas. I have attached estimates for each to the invoice.

Ken changed out outlets and switches on circuit and requested we change out the breaker. Ken mentioned that there was one outlet left unchanged and the problem was in the outlet. I changed out the outlet with a customer provided outlet and a small troubleshoot for the same price as changing out the breaker.

Parts warranty repair at electrical air handler. Heat strips needs replacement. Technician returned to replaced bad heat-strip kit. Tech tested out full equipment in heating and cooling modes both sides are operating properly at this time. Customer will schedule out for duct cleaning probably a week or two weeks out.
