I work on troubleshooting a Tesla hard wall charger, it indicate that the connection was having a bad high temperature. I check wiring in device/panel check for right torque and it all was done correctly. I followed with Tesla hotline to review the customer charger and they told us it was a failed equipment from them so customer was able to order a replacement and will call us to install once he receives it.

Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted work on both HVAC systems. Cut a hole into the supply plenum and secured the Apco-X. Secured the Apco with silver tape. Wired the Apco in series with the 24 V side of the transformer. Tested operation to ensure the Apco-X functions properly. Removed the 1” filter cabinet and detached the return plenum. Installed a new AprilAire 410 filter cabinet and secured with screws, silver tape and mastic paste. Reconnected the return plenum and tested operation to ensure there is no air leakage. Performed a full-system inspection on both systems. Tested heating, cooling and zoning. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Reported the findings to the customer. Signed the customer up for the Homecare maintenance plan.

Troubleshot septic outlet not working and quoted to move it outside of the tank. We reran power out to the septic tank and placed the outlet on a post next to the cover for the septic tank

2019 Lennox Heat Pump Air Handler Homeowner concerned system is not operating properly. Cycled the system on from the thermostat and monitored system operation. System is heating properly and making a 31° temperature split in heat pump mode. Cycled system up more so it would utilize the back up electric heat, emergency heat is operating properly as well. Monitored outdoor unit while in heat pump mode and system has no immediate issue at this time. Recommended adding inline flood protection to drain. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!

Found that the home was governed by 2x 10yr old prvs. Removed old prvs, added a singular new prv. Replaced thermal expansion tank, upgrading to a 5gal as water heater is a 75Gallon unit.

We replaced the main electrical panel in the home, installed dual function breakers on single pole circuits, and mounted a tv

Unclogged garbage disposal in kitchen prep sink.

We replaced 2 compromised sockets within a fluorescent light fixture.

Replaced dirty filter, added a wet switch and ss1 water safety on system, gas valve was replaced, condenser coil was cleaned, and blower wheel was cleaned. System is low on refrigerant. Performed nitrogen leak search on system. Found a leak on evaporator coil on the right side of the coil. Coil started leaking due to age and the rust on the coil weakening the coil causing it to leak. Recommend replacing the AC and Coil due to Goodman not producing 410a coils any longer.

Installed (2) APCO-x Uv air scrubbers, started and tested.

Arrived on site to troubleshoot dryer not working. We first checked the breaker to ensure it was receiving the proper voltage. The breaker was reading the proper 240v for this circuit indicating the issue was at the outlet. Once we took the outlet apart, we realized the red wire had a loose connection causing this wire to melt. I discussed with the homeowner that the most long term solution would be to install a new circuit. I also explained that we could install a junction box and run a new short piece of wiring up to the dryer outlet location. The last option was to cut back the damaged wiring in the box and install a new outlet. We installed the new outlet, tested the dryer, and it is working as it should.

No hot water from tankless water heater in basement. We replaced failed check valve on return line. Rheem stated to clean filters and control valve. Control valve had been recently cleaned. We cleaned filter but issue persisted. There is a p 1 code when the recirc pump runs. We have given options for replacement and repairs.

Call regarding leaking disposal. Installed new 1/2 HP garbage disposal and removed old one. Ptrap and drainage clear and clean as well. Checked for leaks. Cleaned all areas.

Inspected the whole home HVAC system making a noise when shutting off. System is working well at this time.

Repaired water leak in the water fountain at the clubhouse. Replaced angle stop, water shut off for main and repaired broken pvc pipe in pool house area. Also replaced prv, original pressure reading 123 psi. Newly installed prv reading 60 psi.

Performed 3 system inspection. Found all systems were original to the home from 2014. The main right system is in very poor shape due to past water leaks and possible freezing. It needs to be monitored closely due to this severe deterioration. It also has a dead capacitor inside. The main left needs a blower cleaning as it is filthy and cakes with dust and dirt. Also needs an indoor and outdoor capacitor. The basement only needs a blower cleaning because it is very dirty. I also recommend installing filter cabinets on the systems to help the, breathe and stop the buildup from occurring again .
TE was great to work with. They provided a no cost estimate to replace 4 toilets and the shutoff valves. Andre was professional and the quote was competitive. It provided a break down of each item that needed to be done. I decided to proceed with TE and they scheduled the work to suit my schedule. They showed up on time, completed the work and cleaned up.

Installed new indoor control board on unit 1 Installed new double contact relay for heat strip kit on unit 1. Cleaned up outdoor wiring on unit 1.

Replaced chandelier

Replaced 4 toilets in home.
Jansen did a great job!

For this job we used the original load shed as a tap box and installed Polaris lugs to tap the wires together. This is controlling the pool panel. Customer already has to load sheds on the ac units. Customer is aware of possible overloading the generator. Total load calculation came out to 134 amps. There is a 24kw whole home generator installed on the home. Also left the customer estimates to complete a one time service and install mobile link and sign up for yearly service and monitoring plan.

At arrival on January 21, found that the system in the lobby condensate drain line was clogged up due to ice. The condensate drain from the attic to outside was frozen up how to use hot water. Try not to gain in order to clear the line took me a while. Advised customer that those type of system produce water on heat mode and with the outside temperature being low there’s a high chance that it will freeze up again and there is no much we can do about that system is a 90% efficiency. The lobby system thermostat was not programmed right, had to reprogram it in order for system to work properly. Customer has three systems. None of the system has a wet safety switch or an SS1 safety switch. Recommended customer to add a weight safety switch and SS one safety switch to the system in the lobby. The order systems condensate drain lines are connected together and it goes in one piece outside. All 3 condensates drain lines were merged. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running tod
