I installed two customer supplied floodlights and installed a new down rod on a ceiling fan

Home owner had a leaking shower head. Tested the pressure which is in range, and expansion tank has not failed. It is undersized as I informed the home owner. We replaced the failing cartridge in the master shower on the right. And Te recently went out to repair hose bibs but used the wrong P code. This was adjusted and we corrected the leaking hose bib that was repaired with a replacement. Once everything was installed it was leak checked and function checked with no issues present. Install car charger on existing circuit

Circuit breaker for the sewer pump and dehumidifier were tripping the breaker. Looked into each circuit and verified that wiring is in good condition. The sewer pump has two cords plugged into the receptacle outside. When I removed one of the cords from the circuit, the short went away and the breaker no longer trips. Recommend having plumbing look into this issue further. Pictures will be attached to the invoice. The dehumidifier circuit has two cords plugged into the receptacle. I couldn’t get the breaker to trip while here. But if continued tripping occurs I recommend to have HVAC look into your dehumidifier(s).

Main floor thermostat failing to satisfy on occassion

For this job I installed new brown weather proof GFCI devices on the front and back patio. Outlets are controlling Christmas lights. Also replace the bubble covers with those outlets. Installed a new single pole switch on the outdoor cabana that controls the light as well as a GFCI devices in the basement below the main panel as a courtesy.

Remove and replace her master bathroom toilet with pressure assist.

Replace 1 ceiling fan and 1 chandelier with two new rod style chandeliers Add a new outlet for bathroom bidet on the back wall. Add four recessed lights in upstairs bed room using existing switch and wire going to fan Flip existing switch box from one side of wall to the other

Ran auger down the toilet to clear blockage, soft tissue blockage stuck in toilet P-trap. Toilet back flowing normally.

Customer called us out for two hose bibs that were leaking. I was successfully able to repair both the hose bibs and stop the leak. Customer also had some issues with hot water. I provided the customer with an estimate to upgrade to a tankless water heater because the customer specifically asked about a tankless water heater. Everything is operating properly at this time. Customer is very satisfied.

Tankless water heater flush and repair

Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted work. Pulled out the blower motor and removed the old weak run capacitor (3.9 mF), replacing it with a new run capacitor (4.98 mF). Plugged all terminals back in and ensure the motor runs properly. Reported findings to the customer.

Arrived to perform quoted repairs on the main floor system. Replaced the chalky igniter with a brand new one from Lennox Supply. Replaced the weak run capacitor with another 5 mF run capacitor and tested to ensure the capacitance is within the proper tolerance. Tested heating to ensure the igniter and blower run properly after repairs. Reported findings to the customer. The cost of today’s repairs will be credited back as part of the installation of the upstairs A/C and coil.
