Customer called for potential mainline blockage. Pulled toilet in master bathroom and found no indication of a blockage at this time. Camera technician performed camera inspection on site and found no indication of blockages.

Check system for inspection and found that the blower wheel needs to be cleaned. Also found no wet switch or safety switch for better flood protection and that the air handler needs to be sealed better and found growth happening inside of the air handler and recommend a UV light to help keep the air and system cleaner, also recommend homecare to keep up with the maintenance on the system.

Returned today to install a 10” rough in toilet in the office bathroom. Cast iron flange that secured the toilet to the floor needs to be replaced, I got the toilet to stabilize and lock down to the floor for now. Turned on the water and tested with no leaks.

Replaced three toilets, water heater, and prv. One toilet flange in the women’s restroom is not properly aligned on the cast iron pipe. Another flange that is located between two offices is broken and is attached to cast iron pipe. Installed the water heater and new shut off valve with a thermal expansion tank. Replaced three toilet and supply lines. Will return tomorrow to replace the fourth toilet with a 10” rough in toilet. Replaced drain underneath the sink in the office bathroom.

Installed a receptacle underneath the sink for a new dishwasher. The existing dishwasher was hardwired. Replaced arc fault breaker with a dual function breaker for ground fault protection.
