Performed customer spring homecare system maintenance care maintenance system check. 2 units The main floor unit is 6 years old The mini split systems are around 6/7. Customer supplied (16x25x1) filter Checked over all operations of main floor system, everything nice and clean inside cabinet, blower was mild dust build up, I wave working good with no issues. Made sure drain line was clear. Checked over outdoor unit, capacitor tested good, contactor tested good, advised customer of dirty condenser coils customer approved to have cleaned today, cleaned coils and started system to make sure everything was back working. Checked over mini split system with 3 heads in upstairs. Everything cooling, washable filters were clean. Units are cooling properly at this time.

Rebuilt all 3 toilets in home, replacing fill valve, flapper, flush valve, tank-to-bowl kit, supply line. Install homeowner supplied bidet on half bath hall toilet.

Troubleshoot wall sconces

Performed 2 system one time cooling inspection. Check and changed filters customer provided, check and tested electrical , inspected safeties, cleared drains,found dirty condensers, both units did not have te standard flood protection, upstairs unit also need a charge of 1 pound. Recommend joining homecare and condenser cleaning. Customer only wanted refrigerant at this time.

Leak from shower. Drain adapter cracked. Removed and replaced. Tested, no leaks.

Living room outlet not working

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed one system inspection for whole home. Customer informed us breaker and disconnect was recently replaced by Te electrician. Te electrician recommended hvac tech inspect the hvac unit for house. Upon arrival 11 year old unit was non operational. Noticed thermostats are for furnaces, but house has a heat pump. Air handler in the attic does not have flood protection safety switch. Reusable filter is dirty. Capacitor in the attic unit is barely within manufacture specifications. There is also biological growth in the unit in the attic. The outdoor unit has a dirty evaporator coil. The capacitor in the outdoor unit failed. The compressor in the outdoor unit failed, it is grounded. Due to age of unit and cost of repairs would recommend replacement versus repairs for out of warranty unit with major failures. Disconnect if off at this time for outdoor unit. Performed repairs on the lighting circuit

Our client reached out to us today for a leaky sink drain in the master bathroom on the left side bowl. After further evaluations to determine, it was the lift rod and the pop-up assembly. Our client give me the OK to make the repair and the repair was done. It was tested for leaks and no leaks was found. A quote was also left for replacement of laboratory faucets. Water pressure 60 psi in our client is satisfied.

For this job customer is interested in a generator for his office building. The system will need some upgrades to the electrical system as to have a main disconnect located outside of the building. We left an estimate to place a main disconnect outside. We will need a 12 month, rolling, peak KVA report from Georgia Power before we can size the generator properly. As soon as customer obtains this report we will move forward with a quote on the generator installation. Customer is aware of possibly having to upgrade to a high pressure gas meter depending on the size of the generator. Customer is also aware of permitting the generator portion of the job with Peachtree Corners could result in extra fees for sending in approve architectural draws of the generator location to the city and that there could be fees from Georgia power for re feeding the new disconnect.

Troubleshoot fi Install new box and flood light New wire tap in switch box and light

Removed half bath sink from the wall. Set it outside per homeowner request. Removed sheetrock and replaced broken piece of cpvc in the wall with copper. Replaced both hot and cold segments.
