Replace fan and light fixture

Found pinhole leak on 3/4 inch copper water line above HVAC unit. Removed section of pipe and installed new copper. Removed existing main shut off valve and prv. Installed new ball valve and prv. Turned water on to home and purged all fixtures of air. Tested all connections for leaks.

Remove disposal drain and suck rest of build up from inside of disposal with wet vac to clear any obstruction. Tie back in together and test to ensure proper flow and drain.

Perform a systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. System is working properly at this time, however notice biological growth is spreading around duct work, and there was not flood protection on unit. Clear out trap assembly, test for leaks or any other issue Clear toilet blockage as a courtesy, replace flush valve and flapper and check for leaks. The customer has 2 leaks we spoke about: one at a bathroom sink due to a heavily corroded sink bowl and one at the disposal. We recommend replacing soon, as this would need to be done through service. The customer would like to wait as of now. Sink is draining great and the toilet is flushing much better, no leaks were isolated at these 2 points.

Installed (5) 6” recessed lights in living room with new dimmer. Got power from existing recessed light. Breaker for living room will be updated to Arc Fault. Installed new outlet for TV above mantel fed from room upstairs.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. After completing diagnosis on the outdoor system, found a bad condenser fan motor also defrost board fan relay switch was faulty.

Rear hose bib & shut off valve leaked. Replaced both.

Completed furnace, AC and coil inspection provided client with quote and options Blower motor we need to be clean, inducer motor, pulling high amp, outdoor unit is low or refrigerator in charge unit is charged with R 22 restricted by the EPA, condenser fan motor, pulling high amp. Highly recommend to upgrade system due to all the repairs needed. System is over 20 years old. Flue vent is not up to code furnace. Gas connection is not up to code.

Install new 10’ ground rods near meter on left side of home. Installed ground bridge under meter and tied all grounds to that.

Found defective spud on right mens toilet. Pulled sloan valve and replaced spud and vacuum breaker. Pulled and reset toilet as well.

Upon arrival customer stated that system for upstairs was not cooling properly and kept clicking on and off after inspection of system found outdoor wires touching each other. Remade connection to future test unit and found no more issues. Customer does maintenance on equipment. System is 15 years old. Blower was clean, inside the cabinet was clean. Duct work was in good shape. Customer just changed his capacitor and contactor, and cleaned outdoor condenser coils. No issues found at outdoor unit. Refrigerant levels tested great. Recommended Homecare maintenance plan and flood protection for attic unit, customer declined recommendations at this time.

found system blower motor, not cycling on due to burnt out blower motor and the capacitor. Installed capacitor blower motor came on has a strong burnt odor.

Tested system not cooling for the upstairs level of the home. Found the blower motor was not running due to a failed capacitor. Replaced it with a new one to test the unit and found no other issues with other components or the blower motor system is lacking flood protections, and the outdoor units are both very dirty. These could use a cleaning along with the ductwork, recommend to sign up for homecare maintenance plan to prevent this type of thing from happening in the future we will be checking the components of the system regularly. Today we only replaced the capacitor for the blower motor. No failures at this time.

Pamela had us out to complete the home care for both systems inside the home. Upon arrival we noticed that there are two systems in the home. Both furnaces are from 2017. We noticed that the UV lights are currently inoperable and would recommend replacing. We also noticed that there is no flood protection on the system And the ductwork was dirty. We checked both outdoor units which are from 2013. Refrigerant pressures are within manufacture specifications. We noticed that the outdoor capacitors are rusted and the compressor amps at startup are high. We also noticed that the condenser coils are dirty and will need a cleaning. Pamela approved to have work done. System is heating at time of departure.
