Completed service call by the time of arrival the client claimed that there is no airflow coming out of son of the register vent check or zoning system. Both downers are staying open when the system is off mode on both thermostats after running diagnosed find out the system is not equipped with bypass also blower speed do not change, the heat or cool demand we will need to replace the blower motor and replace both dampers zoning dampers and rerun for 4 inch ductwork to allow more airflow to run through those 4 inch registered . Can you can you go on? Can you go in the back and take a picture of the condensing unit? Go to the blow water not being available. Client wants all repairs to be done on Thursday next week.

Performed 2 system homecare. I changed the downstairs aprilaire media filter (after getting the homeowners permission). I checked the flame sensor on both furnaces. I checked the inducer motors and blower motors on both furnaces. I ran both heating systems at the furnaces and verified the sequence of operations; both furnaces were operating at the end of service call. I inspected both outdoor units and found that the mainfloor contactor was sticking closed (see attched video) and both outdoor condensers were very dirty; homeowner gave me permission to replace the mianfloor outdoor units contactor and cleaned both outdoor condenser coils and removed leaves from the outdoor unit. I tested both outdoor units via thermostat app verified that both outdoor units were operating at the end of service call.
