Marshall was very professional and quickly diagnosed my electrical problem. He provided three options with estimates and the facts about my current breaker panel. I selected a lower option with no pressure. He completed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I had Jason S work on our EV charger install, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and the cost was reasonable even when I added other items into the install. He was very friendly and reassuring, especially the warranties that came with my products and services.

When I first scheduled my appointment (on a Thursday) I was told that my soonest appointment would be for Monday. They did reach out to me on Friday morning to let me know a tech would be able to come out that day and look at my garbage disposal. Elijah came out and was very professional. He was able to install my new disposal (which I purchased at Home Depot) in a timely manner. My disposal is working properly. The price for the installation was almost three times the cost of the disposal itself, but was a little cheaper than Home Depot’s installation. I reached out to TE because they have some work for me before and I haven’t had any issues/complaints about their work. I’m giving a 5 star for service, but 4 star for overall experience due to cost.

I had my light switch replaced. My technician David provide great customer service. He made me aware of all the options I had and did not pressure me into purchasing any particular one/package deal. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable.

From the moment I called TE because our ac froze up to the moment TE’s technician Raul ( and his incredibly nice son) finished installing our new ac and furnace I have been beyond impressed! Everyone from phone operators, to office staff, to technicians have been professional, nice, punctual, and so helpful. I have been a TE customer for years (as well as my family) and will never go to anyone else for my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs. I will shout it from the rooftops! TE is the absolute best in the area. We are so thankful Raul and the whole team had us up a running before the heat got to bad. Thank you so much for everything!

Jeff took the time to explain everything to me and insisted on a demo. The demo exposes some questions. I’m happy with the work that was done and I understand exactly what was done.

Chris (TE certified plumber) was professional and knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done. He installed my washer (hot/ cold water) connection box, installed a refrigerator water line, fixed an expansion tank on water heater, repaired a leaking main water shut-off valve, etc.......needless to say, I'm impressed with TE certified technicians. Also, I have used their electrical services, and again, it was a positive experience.

Chris went above and beyond to help, not only installing new plumbing for a basement, but helping correct an original error that had nothing to do with TE. He and Ryan were able to diagnose and help remedy a situation, and fix all in the same visit.
