Completed system observation found a burned out electrical disconnect leading to the furnace also 24 V transformer was damaged by the problem. Replaced electrical disconnect remove and clean burned out wires install a new 24 V transformer tested equipment for proper operation tester heat, and cool also emergency strip

Tested system not heating for the whole home. Found the disconnect burnt and 10 KW heat kit is oversize for the unit and home. The return is sized under the spec and needs a 10 inch added. Subpar flood protections installed on the system along with a condensate pump that struggling to pump out due to flattened tubing in attic.
