Upon arrival the customer gave us access to examine the disposal located in the kitchen. Tested function and found a leak from the base indicating a compromised unit. With customers approval we removed the 1/3 hp and installed a new Badger 5Xp 3/4 hp disposal and mounting bracket assembly. Tested function, no further issues detected.

Upon arrival, the ceiling in the kitchen below the master bathtub had already been cut. After attempts to recreate leak conditions, it was discovered that the hot water cartridge from the master bath upstairs had gone bad and was leaking down the handle and into the subfloor. The cartridge from both handles were replaced with new delta rp25513-3 cartridges, and thorough testing and inspection was completed to ensure no other leaks were present.

Customer will have dry wall company cut into ceiling on floor below to replace broken riser and quarter bend. Remove section of piping and stub new horizontal line out, install a quarter bend and glue flange onto 4” side to lower new flange. Previous flange was high, and homeowner damaged the fittings trying to remove. Due to pitch of the line and limited room in ceiling, the sanitary line cannot drop down anymore. Additionally, there Is a large gap of tile missing around the flange, screws were offset and drilled into the joist as supports for the flange instead of drilling through tile. Clear primer was used for this repair (pictured in invoice).

This two man team came out on a same day call, due to my 8.9 yr old water heater leaking like crazy. Yhey explained what was needed, returned in a short time period, installed, protected my home from spills, cleaned after themselves. Stayed to test the system to make sure after 1hr there were no issues. Both Kurt and Myles explained the process prior to and after the install. It is worth using this business and great customer service.

Max came to my residence yesterday to retrieve a blockage in one of my toilets I had mistakenly gone down the drain when cleaning the toilet. Max was extremely polite, friendly and respectful. He explained to me two possibilities and the cost differences that could happen with both said we would try the least expenses first but to be aware of what could happen if it didn’t work, so I was well informed, within minutes, he managed to retrieve the rag. The first alternative saves me a lot of money. He didn’t have to say that to me and just go on the other way and charge me twice as much. The professionalism of Max and the team is what keeps me using them in electric gas and plumbing. Every one keep you fully informed, and as things change, they allow you to make decisions. This team is the most professional in the business I have seen and would be fair at twice the cost. I will continue to only use them for all my needs and I want to thank Max for his exemplary service.
