I was called out to Bryce’s house for a flue issue. Bryce is in the process of moving to Texas. We were out here previously for a gas leak but our plumber discovered that the flue for the furnace has a broken part. I replaced the damaged piece of flue pipe and turned the furnace and water heater back on.

Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on both HVAC systems in the home (upstairs and main floor). Tested heating and cooling from both thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Replaced the 1” air filters. Reported findings to the customer. Signed the customer up for the Homecare maintenance plan and installed an SS1 on the main floor system under warranty (per Andrew).

Performed a home care on two systems.

Went out to perform an air pressure test on the whole gas system. Pumped the system to 15psi and did not have any leaks. Gas company came out to turn the gas back on to the home so we can test the appliances. Did not find a gas leak. Did pick up a carbon monoxide leak on the main double wall pipe for the water heater and furnace. We also noticed that the double wall for the furnace is split and leaking carbon monoxide. Gas company kept the gas on to the home and turned the gas valves to the water heater and furnace off.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed us to the toilet located in the master bathroom the toilet was leaking from the base and not stable. With customers approval we pulled the toilet and removed the flange. We then installed a new closet flange with mounting hardware and reinstalled the existing toilet. We then tested to confirm proper function, no further issues detected.

Upon arrival the customer showed us to the kitchen table ceiling where a bubble had formed due to a previous leak approximately 6months ago. The leak reoccurred over the last week. With customers approval we cut an access into the ceiling and tested the fixtures in the bathroom above in attempt to identify the issue. We were unable to recreate the leak under normal function of the bathroom fixtures. Advised the customer to monitor the situation and notate any use of the plumbing system if the issue returns.

Installed two APCOX’s today, one on the main floor system and one on the upstairs system. Tested operation of both UV bulbs after installation. They are both operating properly at this time.

Today we came to the home to install 3 new customer supplied ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms.

Performed camera inspection of interior drains from master bathroom to basement. No problems observed at time of inspection. Recommend top floor master and hall bath toilet replacements.

2 System Home Care Upper level- 2018 Trane heat pump air handler located in attic. System is zoned to control the upper level and main floor. Replaced the 16-20-1 filter, flushed drain line, had calcium build up. Checked and tightened all electrical connections, took amp/voltage/resistance readings with multimeter, inspected blower and coils, cycled system through both heat and cool from thermostat and added inline flood protection with homeowners permission. Basement level- 2018 Trane heat pump air handler located in garage closet. I cycled the system on from the thermostat testing both heat and cool. Replaced the 16-20-1 filter, flushed & cleared drain line. Checked and tightened all electrical connections, took amp/voltage/resistance readings with multimeter, inspected blower and coils, and took temperature readings at indoor equipment. Ran a dedicated RJ6 Line to the bedroom on the main level back left hand corner. The RJ six connection is located down low to your right as you walk into the bedroom. I Informed the homeowner of one overrated breaker it is a 20 amp breaker on 15 amp wire. Homeowner denied repairs at this time.

For this job we completed a partial service upgrade. We replaced the meter, completed a new grounding system, and installed a surge for the meter.

Gas leak was coming from gas flex hose connector quoted homeowner on replacing and correcting the gas line on how it should be and he proceeded with it. I ran hard pipe three-quarter gas line to the pool heater, replaced the 3/4 gas shutoff and ran a 48 inches gas flex hose. Replace the gas sediment trap and did it the right way how it’s supposed to be. Tested and checked for leaks.

Remove price phister cartridge and replace with new. Due to age of the fixture and placement this is a high risk repair These components have been known to strip and season to place if this occurs during repair full replacement will be the next option. if the previous occurs, I will need to purchase new valves and cab lines in order to make the next option plausible, and this will increase the charge of the job. Did minor rebuild on second bedroom toilet.

Tech removed all problematic red upenor water piping on current hot and recirculation lines throughout the home, and replaced with new pex piping. Multiple holes throughout the home were cut in sheet rock ceiling and walls in order to perform re-pipe. TE certified is not responsible for making these repairs upon completion. A new whole-home halo five water filtration and conditioning system was also installed, with an external bypass system included. A new watts thermostatic mixing valve was also installed beneath the master bathroom lavatory sink. A new hose bib line was also installed on the front of the home. New recirculating pump was installed at the water heater in the basement, along with new isolation valves and half inch check valve. All hot side water stop valves and lavatory supply lines were also replaced. All three shower valves were also replaced, and the old oil rubbed bronze trim was put back in place. Shower trim plates and tub spouts were re-sealed with clear silicone
