Job Locations and Reviews
Use cable machine to clear sink blockage
During our visit, a new manufacturer supplied gas control valve was installed on the water heater. After installation, the water heater fired right up. All water and gas lines were purged and tested for leaks after completion.
Installed recessed lighting throughout home
During our visit, the water heater in the laundry room was completely repiped. New hot and cold water lines, ball valve, gas whip, and gas shut off. A new expansion tank was installed and secured to the wall. All connections were tested for leaks after completion. NOTE: The manufacturer sent out a new gas control valve for the unit, but it was faulty when I arrived to install it. A new one was shipped out to the customer from the manufacturer.
Replaced the leaking water heater with a 12year warranty water heater. Also replaced the cpvc pipe in that utility closet with copper. The PRV was also replaced, and the house pressure is set to 50psi.
Toilet was leaking below in crawl space leak was from small leak from toilet tank. We pulled and reset toilet and repaired leak on tank bolt
Need to return 12/16/24 morning to install water heater.
Replace both upstairs toilet flanges and rebuild 3” drain to remove cross tee
Replaced garbage disposal a rebuilt sink waste piping.
Replace pressure regulator valve and main shutoff in crawl space. Replace toilet stop valve in powder bathroom.
Repair foyer fixture and demo old phone jacks
Foyer fixture repair
Installed new Navian 240A2 tankless water heater. Installed mini thermal expansion tank. Installed new ball valve. Installed two new check valves on water inlet and recirculation line. Installed new concentric vent. Set temperature to 120°F. Checked for leaks. No leaks. Customer has hot water when technician left. Insulated all lines on water heater.
Customer changed her mind wants to go with one ApcoX for now and see how it goes. Installed new ApcoX with transformer. Tested system everything is operating properly. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
Installed new 1 inch black polyethylene Watermain. Installed new meter nipple and dual check valve. Checked for leaks. No leaks. Purged all fixtures to bleed the air out. Cleaned aerator in shower head. Finished job.
Found furnace getting power to unit but circuit board status light was not lit. Found circuit getting power incoming but not going through it to power the board. Replaced circuit board. Now system is working properly. Tested heat. Furnace is operating properly. System only has float switch for flood protection. Recommend adding additional water safeties in the future. Checked filters. They are ok. Will need to change soon. Blower capacitor is ok. 9.4/10uf. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
Re-wire all existing dual-function and specialty circuit breakers in panel, Install whole home surge protection.
Completed 2 system home care. Filters were changed 2 months ago. 16x25x5. Both blower motors are ecm. Blower wheels have dust built up on them. Cleaned both flame sensors. Checked both inducer draft motor amp draws. Both are normal. Both inducer ports are clear. Tested heat. Both furnaces are operating properly. Both units only have float switch’s as flood protection. Recommend adding addition flood protection to prevent water damage. Cleaned both blower wheels and blower housing outside with cleaner and water. Reassembled blower and circuit board. Tested operating again of both furnaces. Everything is operating properly.
We will put all required smoke detectors in the house that is needed to pass code
Performed spot repair on main water line. Homeowner scheduled replacement of whole water line for Friday.
Found no mechanical issues with system. Also found no wet switch or no form of water safety recommend adding water safety. Checked blower checked electrical checked refrigerant checked defrost on defrost board to make sure defrost is working properly. And monitored system operations supply was 104 return was 64. System is heating well at this time.
Two system fall home care maintenance
Customer has a rusted out flange in hall bathroom. This is connected to cast iron drains in crawlspace. To replace flange removal of a larger section and fittings in cast iron drain is necessary in order for repair to be performed. Customer also has old whole home regulator that is recommended to be replaced. Replacement of whole home shut off valve, pull and reset of toilet are performed as a courtesy in addition to other work Warranty is for repair performed only. Does not cover setting of toilet due to courtesy or any other scope of work that needs to be addressed within house.
