Rebuilt the toilet tank in the master bathroom. Now the toilet is not running. Informed homeowner if issue persist the next step would be to replace the toilet.

During our visit, a new waste and overflow was installed for the hall bath room tub. A new p-trap was added along with new pvc to both the waste and over flow. This repair was tested for leaks after completion. Multiple issues were located in the home, several estimates were also presented to address the issues. The customer could not get approved for financing.
2019 Goodman gas furnace not heating properly. System running for a bit then kicking off n high limit (getting to hot inside the furnace). Observed that the blower motor and wheel are 100% impacted with debris. I presented a quote to remove the blower, clean it, and reinstall it. The homeowner approved this and I completed the work. Tested system after cleaning and it is working proper and not getting over 135° inside the furnace. On arrival the system was reaching temps over 165°. Performed a leak test and determined that the leak is coming from the main waterline. Provided multiple options for the homeowner.

Today we came out for only system not heating 2005 American Standard 100k 4 ton drive. Found high limit switch open inspected heat exchanger with digital camera found crack 7 o clock furnace is not safe to operate in heating mode. Tagged furnace unsafe and also found draft inducer motor on the verge of failure. Flue piping is not up to current code single wall piping Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

We fed new generator wires to the generator, added a new transfer switch for automatic power restoration, and installed load sheds for ac units

At arrival on 01/06/25: customer mentioned that one of the rooms upstairs is always cold in winter time. Customer wants to only check that one system. Performed a diagnostic and found out that the room was small and has a 6” supply and 8” return. Return is pulling faster air than what is supplied. Recommended customer to relocate the 8” return in the mini living room in order to mitigate issue. Offer declined. Need: - 8” straight boot - 2way supply grill for 8” Ductwork The upstairs system is missing a wet and ss1 safety switches. Customer declined all options as of today.
No heat main floor. Found faulty control board, and cracked heat exchanger, dirty ac, no flood protection, burnt contactor. Customer agreed to have furnace replaced on 1-6-24. Waived service call fee signed up for Homecare.

Replaced pressure reducing valve and main emergency water shut off valve for the home. Re-pressurized the plumbing system and bled air from fixtures. Checked all work performed for leaks and proper functionality. Cleaned up work area. Technician also provided customer multiple different options for a strongly recommended water heater replacement. Also, as a courtesy with work performed today, technician removed P-trap and cleared debris from the upstairs master bathroom, right side vanity sink. Sink was previously draining slow. Sink is now draining as it should.

Removed Apco x and sealed hole up on plenum. Installed new Iwave-r on both HVAC systems. One for downstairs and one for upstairs.
