The average cost to install a new AC unit near Roswell is around $7,500. The range is from $3,500 to $12,500 and that depends on several factors, including the brand you choose to install, the square footage of your home and size of the unit needed, the units SEER level and if duct work needs to be repaired or replaced.
The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. It can accumulate on the inside of your pipes, growing thicker over time until the drain hole is completely blocked - rendering your plumbing useless! Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Install 240V 50A GFCI circuit for a car charger. Install 2 ring floodlight/ cameras.
Reroute kitchen/washer drain in crawlspace and into basement. Tie in to stack at penetration.
Landlord had issues with a three toilets and the locating the correct shut off for hose bib on side of house. While trying to located the shut off valve for the hose bib the main shut off for the water heater was marked as the hose bib confusing the renters as well. We did find the expansion tank has failed and landlord wants to be proactive to change this out since it is near its end of warranty and expansion tank comes with a new water heater install at no additional cost. This is scheduled to be completed Wednesday 22nd. Today we did a major rebuild on two toilets as well as changed out both supply lines, one in the master and one in the upstairs guest bathroom, and once this was completed they were leak checked with no leaks present. Thank you for choosing te certified.
Replaced shutoff valve and hose Bibb for front of home/laundry room. Added new vacuum breaker on hose Bibb and checked for leaked. Turned water line back off for the winter
Inspected for issues. Found that the water heater was percolating when the burner fired. This is an indication of sediment buildup. This usually also indicated failure of the unit. Tested the pressure in the home, pressure was in the safe zone. The thermal expansion tank located above the water heater was failed and was not storing the thermal expansion. This was increasing the water pressure to an unsafe level. Replaced water heater and thermal expansion tank. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Replaced two landscape lights
Service visit on Generac 26Kw standby generator
Ecobee thermostat included Increasing return air and fixing supply take off
On arrival on 01/20/2025: found whole house system heating properly. But customer mentioned the thermostat was blank at some point at night and system came back on before we got here. Conant said drain line vinyl was freezing up preventing water to flow outside. The temperature is below freezing and the condensate water is freezing up at the end of the end of the pipe. Insulated the condensate vinyl line to prevent from freezing up. There was no sub pump or faucet drain to run the condensate line into. Explained customer that these types of furnace (92%) produce water on heat mode and it’s freezing outside, there is a high chance that the tube will freeze up too. If issue persists, with the approval of customer, we can run a strain pvc drain in the sub pump drain path by passing the condensate pump.
Installed new 50 gallon gas water heater in garage. Removed old leaking 40 gallon short and hauled away for disposal. New heater was installed in a code approved drip pan with new 3/4 ball valve, thermal expansion tank and gas flex connector. Added protection plus anode kit which extends warranty of heater to 10 years. Checked system for leaks and proper operation. Set temp to 120°F per manufacturer recommendation.

Troubleshooting
Customer is concerned about a potential mainline backup in the home as the toilet was making a strange noise when flushed. Tested 2 bathrooms and verified that there were no issues here. The hallway bathroom sink does have a slow drain, but no other issues are present. Clear sink trap assembly, check trap fittings and seals and report any issues to the customer. Sink drains great, with no leaks found at this time. Customer noted that the water heater sometimes makes a loud noise whenever it’s filling up, I spoke with a service tech and checked pressure, we scheduled a service tech to evaluate the problem further. Water pressure is roughly 50 psi
For this job, I worked on installing customer provided smart switches
Cleared blockage in master bathroom shower drain
Install Rheem weatherking 3 ton 15.2 seer2 single stage air conditioner all aluminum cased evaporator coil, 80% efficient 75,000 BTU single stage gas furnace, digital programmable thermostat in closet for whole house.
Stop valves under kitchen sink leaking. Replaced 3 stops under sink.
Return due to water leak. Found condensate pump failing on the main floor system. We also noticed that the drain line for the condensate pump is very clogged up and deteriorating and would recommend replacing. Homeowner wanted to change both condensate pumps and replace drain line
Installed new kitchen faucet and hot side valve stop. Pressurized and tested for operation.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Replaced igniter on furnace. System is now heating properly. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Customer was changing lighting basement. Wore out breaker and won’t reset.Replaced breaker, reconfigured light box and bonded box. Test light, Breaker, and connection. All 100% upon completion of work.
Panel replacement
We came back to finish the replacement of 4in cast iron San tee and clogged 90 in the back left wing bathroom. The 4in cast iron vent line we installed a riser clamp in the attic. Then we cut out the affected area which was the 4in San tee and the cast iron 90 below that. We reattached to existing pvc with a husky band, as well as reworked the 4in 90, San tee and vanity run with a ptrap that was capped. This was reworked to the vertical cast iron vent and reconnected with a husky band. We also finished the front hose bib and installed a shut off and deleted the old one. Hydraulic cement was used for any holes around the pipe inside and outside. We did change out the cold stop in back left wing bathroom. And also removed the two old hose bibs below the new one, then hydraulic cemented the area around the old one. Thank you for choosing te certified.
