For this job, we replaced a 40 gallon natural gas water heater in upstairs bathroom closet with new 50 gallon natural gas water heater. We tested for leaks, added a new shut off valve to heater, and added a new expansion tank. Also we ran all fixtures in home to purge the water lines of air.

I installed a floor outlet in the foyer entrance next to the stairs for a lamp light, this outlet it’s on it’s own dedicated Circuit.

Swapped out old rusted disposal with new 1/2 hp

During our visit, the old stand pipe at the water meter was removed. A new frost proof yard hydrant was installed with an isolation valve. A ball valve was also added to shut off the water to the house. A new dual check valve was install as well. After the install, each connection was tested for leaks, and the dirt was put back.

Replaced water heater installed drain pan and reworked water lines to accommodate for relocation of water heater, installed washer box and vanity sink with liberty pump properly strapped drain ,vent and waterlines. Replaced prv, main and hosebibs shutoffs. Installed washer box ran drain lines for washer box. Stubbed out sink water lines and drain. Checked and tested for leaks.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Today I replaced 20 outlets throughout the house and did an LED bypass in a fixture in the basement.

Arrived at the customer’s home to address multiple issues. Replace an old 50 Gal gas water heater (damaged due to flooding in the basement). Remove the old heater and place the new heater (50 Gal gas Short ) on a stand to prevent water damage in the future. Additionally, using a 35 foot extension latter, replace the master bath shower valve. Cut into dry wall, remove the old valve and replace. Add a 2X4 for support and the hole will be covered with a vent grate (per client’s request. Downstairs, remove the old main shut off + PRV and install new. Remove approximately 15 feet of CPVC after the PRV and install new Pex. Check for leaks after.

Pull permit for City of Roswell Wire in and install a new Tesla Charger just to the right of the main panel. We will also provide and install the breaker and Tesla Charger as well. Supply and install a $75.000 lifetime warranty surge protector, surge kit and breaker. Install a 2p15 breaker for the furnaces. In order to create the proper space, supply and install (4) tandem type HL breaker.

Our client reached out to us and concerns of a possible leaking toilet. Our client went on vacation about a week ago and came back to water on floor. Identify that it was leaking from the supply line on the toilet in the master bathroom. After doing my evaluation of the rest of the property and discovered that this toilet that nut on the supply line was barely loose. At the hand tightening I put a test on it for 30 minutes and no leaks were found. I informed client to watch the area the next couple of days.

I was called out to the O’Toole’s residence for a Homecare maintenance. They have lived here for 3 years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that everything but the upstairs ac is from 2007 making them well past normal life expectancy of 10-13 years, the systems in general look to have been neglected over the years and as a result the systems aren’t in great shape, the trunk lines are made of duct board and have significant growth inside, the upstairs ductwork has been patched through the years and isn’t up to current standards, and the heat exchangers are in poor shape with the upstairs one being especially corroded. Due to the cost of potential repairs, lack of warranty, and reliability replacement is a viable option.
