The average cost to repair or fix an air conditioning unit near Roswell is around $350. On the low side the cost can be $50 for repairing a thermostat or $1,500 or more for more costly repairs. The average cost to install a new AC unit near Roswell is around $7,500. The range is from $3,500 to $12,500 and that depends on several factors, including the brand you choose to install, the square footage of your home and size of the unit needed, the units SEER level and if duct work needs to be repaired or replaced.
The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. It can accumulate on the inside of your pipes, growing thicker over time until the drain hole is completely blocked - rendering your plumbing useless! Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Trouble shoot
Performed 1 system heating inspection. Found that the system didn’t have proper flood protection and the secondary drain pan was badly rusted. I advised the homeowner and gave them options to have water safety switches installed to prevent potential enter damage to the home; homeowner declined to have me install water safety switches on their hvac system. I found that the blower wheel was dirty and the UV system had failed. The homeowner declined to have me clean the blower wheel and to install a new UV system in the HVAC system. The air filter was dirty; homeowner said that they would replace the air filter. I also found that the inducer motor bearings are making a loud noise and may fail in the near future. The hvac system is from 2010 and is in poor condition; and may fail in the near future. I ran the system in heat mode and monitored the home for carbon monoxide (0 ppm found in the home). I advised the homeowner of the heating issues and also advised them that having a 90% furnace
Leak coming through ceiling
Customer has a specialized standalone tub. I will have to come back and see if I can find the specific drain part required for his tub. I may also require additional help for this job as someone may need to be on the underside of the tub in the ceiling. Customer is available from noon until anytime afterward tomorrow. Would like to schedule for this time to assist the customer’s needs. I returned to the customers home today to perform a leak search. I cut sheet rock in the ceiling underneath the bathroom tub to gain access to the piping. I filled the tub and ran water for at least 25 minutes and could not reproduce the leak. There are no leaks at this time and everything is operating properly. I did inform the customer to watch out for anything leaking in the area and if so, call us back. Customer is very satisfied with this diagnostic. Customer also spoke to me about filtration so I provided the customer with an estimate as well as an estimate for a water heater that is causing iss
