Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Performed 2 system inspection: customer declined the maintenance agreement (homecare) and didn’t want to save 10% today. I Performed the 2 system inspection and checked the heating and air conditioning. I flushed the upstairs systems drain line with water and used the mighty pump. I checked the refrigerant levels on both systems and the starting components on the outdoor units. I team the systems in heat mode at the thermostat and tested the heating. I changed both air filters. Both heating and air conditioning systems were operating at the end of service call. I found that the upstairs system was low on refrigerant due to a refrigerant leak. With the homeowners permission I added the missing refrigerant and preformed a leak search. I found that the evaporator coil was leaking refrigerant (not under manufactures warranty). I emailed repair estimate (new evaporator coil to the homeowner). The homeowner campaigned off on the emailed estimate if he would like us to replace his failed ev

Customer wants to have a kick start capacitor installed in the heat pump system only. She had her hvac system inspected by other company. I offered to do a full inspection and sign up for home care inspection plane, but she denied at this time, since hvac has been inspected recently. Installed kick start capacitor and tested system, with no issue. System is 9 years old and cooling properly. No inspection was done.

At arrival on March 24, 2025 found UPSTAIRS system not cooling, the air handler is working, but the outside unit heat pump is not working. After diagnostic found that the outdoor unit capacitor was weak, condenser coil was dirty, no wet safety switch at air handler joint pain, the blower wheels were dirty. Recommended customer to replace the capacitor clean the outside unit coil at a wet safety switch cleaned blower wheels. Customer approved to replace the capacitor, clean the outdoor unit coil and add a wet safety switch.

Replace flood light

I’m here replaced a flood light

Upon arrival, the homeowner showed us to the disposal located in the basement kitchen. The disposal was jammed and believed to be approximately 20 years old, with the customers approval we disconnected, and removed the existing disposal, and replaced with the new badger 5, 1/2 hp disposal. Tested to confirm proper function no further issues detected

I was called out to Virginia’s house for a cooling issue. Virginia has lived here for 12 years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered the breaker for the ac was tripped, the hard start kit has completely failed, the contactor is chattering, the ac is low on refrigerant, the service valves are leaking, the condenser fan motor is worn out, the ac is extremely dirty, the wheel is dirty, the blower motor is worn out, the collector box is leaking, the flood protection needs updating, and there is a possibility for an additional leak in the coil. Due to the cost of repairs, lack of warranty, and efficiency replacement is a viable option.

Performed 2 system homecares. I left extra air filters. I tested the upstairs condensation pump. I checked both furnaces and AC systems. I found that the mainfloor and upstairs AC systems were low on refrigerant. The upstairs system was very low on refrigerant and the mainfloor was only slightly low on refrigerant. I found that both condenser were very dirty. I found that the upstairs contactor had failed (failed contactor coil). I also found that the upstairs evaporator coil had a large amount of biological growth. With the homeowners permission; I cleaned both condenser coils, I replaced the failed contactor, I added refrigerant to the mainfloor system, I installed a UV light on the upstairs plenum to prevent the spread of biological growth. I also performed a leak search on the upstairs system. I found that the evaporator coil had a leak along with the outdoor unit. I show the homeowner the door of the evaporator coil so they could see the biological growth. I also showed the homeow

Troubleshoot

For this job, I replaced a inducer motor as well as an igniter under warranty. I then proceeded to install two new wet switches for both systems.

Estimate and prepayment for main breaker. (Ordered)

Customer is experiencing mainline blockage symptoms. Pulled toilet in main floor guest bath to attempt drain clear. Upon retrieving cable identified evidence of roots in mainline as well as a possible separation. Camera technician is scheduled for Monday 11-2, will try to move up to today if possible.
The crew that installed my new HVAC system professionalism is above reproach. It was my pleasure to have partnered with Raul and James. The customer service is amazing, and Raul expertise is notice and appreciated. I enjoyed working with Raul.

Troubleshoot lights flickering in kitchen

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Cleaned evaporator coil, changed air handler breaker in the main panel to a 30A breaker as the wire run thru the finished home is 10 gauge. Unhooked the second heat strip that is pulling an additional 20 amps so now the unit is pulling under 30 and is safe on the wire it has feeding it. Changed out the sequencer and fan control board that failed first to cause the service call. System working well at this time.

Remove two existing sconce lights and wires, and reroute switch leg from existing switch box to new light location.

I had a list of 5 items I needed. The first 4 were done well. The fifth, installing a nest thermostat, was poorly done. No testing to see if the heat or AC would come on. The heat was not set up properly. And I had to go back and rewrite it myself.
