Matthew had us out today for an inspection due to both units making odd noises. Upon arrival we noticed that there are two systems in the home both from 2021. we inspected the indoor unit and noticed that there is bacterial growth on the system and there is no flood protection. We noticed on both outdoor units that the compressor starting amps are high and would recommend a hard start kit for both. We also noticed that both outdoor systems are dirty and cleaning

Completed system observation by the time of arrival client said that the unit smell bad when he’s running on heat after completing diagnosis found that there was fiber from the insulation in the attic being pulled into the system through the filter case causing the strip to burn the insulation and create the smell throughout the house Recommended a better filter cabinet to completely seal the system and prevent from fiber going into the air handler when system is running .

Jamie the technician arrived on time and appeared and acted like a professional. His service was of old days being courteous and in detailed fashion explaining how the service call would proceed. He even allowed me time to go purchase an extra thermostat to install while he was there. To top off the service he even insisted wearing boot covers while walking on my hardwood floors. I had another HVAC company but will switch to TE for that as well.

Obed was very courteous, and even had shoe coverings every time he entered my house (without me even asking! A rarity with service personnel around here...). He was knowledgeable and efficient, and very professional. Price was a little higher than I had hoped to pay, but I would gladly pay a little extra for the excellent service I received.
