Loosened kitchen faucet to removed gasket that was not supposed to be installed causing gap and allowing water to drop below, cleaned up area, set faucet and tighten to ensure no gaps were present. Also sealed base with clear caulking and tested

Replaced 19 year old electric water heater with new 50 gallon electric, newly installed water heater included all new copper pipings and fittings, shutoff, expansion tank and strap and pan as well. Also replaced prv and installed main shutoff ball valve as courtesy. Toilet upstairs pulled and reset to install new wax, nylon bolts and supply line. Tested to ensure of no leaks and base sealed with caulking.

Came by because outdoor system stop working after repairs were done. Notice that breaker on panel was trip, when I reseted couple times outdoor unit will run but only for a few minutes and then breaker proceeded to trip again. Test the compressor multiple times and found that it was grounded. Customer know about it, Impressed to get an estimate for a new compressor and also scheduled visit for quotes for possible new system.

Perform 3 systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested condensate pump, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. Systems are working, however came across multiple issues that needed to be address, let costumer now and gave specific instruction on my inspection sheets. Costumer decided to proceed to enhancement and repairs. Need to comeback Thursday or Friday the latest, waiting on parts to arrive. 03/21/25 Perform repairs and Enhancements for systems. Proceed to install 3 nest thermostats, add on flood protection for main level system, chemically clean both condenser coils, Replace board and blower motor for furnace. TESTED SYSTEM NOT HEATING FOR WHOLE HOME. - FAILED IGNITOR CAUSING UNIT TO NOT START UP - ONCE UNIT LIGHTS, ONLY RUNS ABOUT 3-5 MINS & CUTS OUT ON HIGH TEMP. - HIGH TEMP IS CAUSED BY EXTREMELY DIRTY DUCTS, BLOWER, & EVAPORATOR COIL. THIS IS CAUSING AIRFLOW RESTRICTION. - FOUND CRACKS INSIDE HEAT EXCHANGER & UNIT IS NOT SAFE TO RUN IN HEAT & THIS TIME. For this job, we worked on installing a ChargePoint EV Charger in the garage on a 50A dedicated circuit.

Opened drywall to diagnose source of leak. Found water leaking thru shower door curb.

Cut out tile in master shower above shower valve to install 3 way diverter valve to divert shower head to rain shower. Cut behind shower in master closet to rework water lines and make connections. Turned water back on to home to test and ensure proper function.

Upon arrival customer stated that he was having an error message on downstairs thermostat and that system was not turning on and working. After inspection of system found that downstairs unit was not communicating with the smart hub at indoor unit. Made several attempts to reset system but smart hub would not work. Advised customer that thermostat would need replacing and recommend to straight wire the system without a new hub. Customer approved to have the ecobee thermostat installed today. Recommended rejoining Homecare maintenance for both units and having the systems serviced today customer approved to have done. Installed new thermostat for downstairs system and tested in both heat and ac mode and system is back up and running Checked over all operations for the downstairs system, changed (20x25x5) system filter. Inspected drywall for potential leak. Client will monitor area. Replaced prv with new. Tested with no leaks. Water pressure is now 70psi.

Replaced customer provided bulbs for the kitchen fixtures.

Replaced undersized 12 year old water heater with new 50 gallon natural gas heater. New heater included all new copper water lines through wall, shutoff valve, expansion tank with strap, water heater pan, new gas sediment trap, gas line and shutoff. Also installed grundfos hot water recirculating pump on heater and comfort valve installed below master bath sink. Water pressure to home reading 40 psi, went a head and replaced prv as well and set to 65 psi. Lastly replaced old leaking washer box with new.
