Install customer supplied toilet. While installing new toilet we saw water in line, we located the exterior clean out and ran the k750. Cleared mainline blockage.

Responded to no heat no cool, thermostat was blank. Proceeded to indoor unit and found fuse popped. Traced problem back to bad contactor and capacitor. The root cause to their failure was a completely plugged condenser coil. As a curtesy cleaned coil after replacing parts. Upon further inspection found biological growth at indoor unit, installed UV system. System is running in heat and cool at this time.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Cleaned blower wheel. Installed new 7.5 capacitor for blower motor. Installed SS2 float switch. Removed and replaced outdoor condenser fan motor and 70+5 capacitor.

Emergency Inspection due to storm damage

Found weak indoor capacitor for blower motor. Dirty blower wheel. Dead outdoor capacitor. And bad condenser fan motor. Customer prepaid for 1 year of homecare. Schedule repair asap once parts are ordered.

Replaced garbage disposal underneath sink.

For this job, we performed a safety home inspection. We also replaced 1 damaged outlet.

Updated the main electrical components on the outside of the house and installed dedicated circuits in the garage

Install new Ecobee thermostat.

Customer has 5 y/o Heil furnace that operates for whole house. System was not receiving power due to failed transformer. Replaced transformer. Possibility of power surge causing component failure. Customer is having electrical panel re-inspected to make sure no issues were caused by breakers. Noticed that breaker for furnace was signaling for service. Advise electrical department to inspect particular breaker. System is currently working.

Troubleshoot lighting

Performed inspection on two systems. Upstairs system has no ss1 on condensate drain. Recommend upgrading float switch to wet switch to ensure no water issues. Gas sediment trap isn’t up to code. Blower wheel is dirty. Filter rack is disconnected from the furnace recommend sealing it to prevent the system from sucking in air from the attic. Main floor has no ss1 on condensate drain and recommend replacing float switch to ensure no water issues.

Customer has 5 y/o Heil furnace that operates for whole house. System was not working due to power switch being left in OFF position. Placed switch in ON position. Replaced 20x25x4 media filter. System is currently working.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Completed furnace inspection during my inspection I checked all the electrical mechanical components of the system test the flame sensor, pressure, switch, gas, pressure, blower speed inducer motor amperage on blower return and supplied temperature flu vent. System furnace is from 2008 AC and coil is from 2011. Both air conditioning and furnace are working properly inducer flame sensor and air pressure switch was replaced on November 20, 2024. Found some damage ductwork present a quote to the client repair was performed and completed February 12, 2025.

Added a wet switch and ss1 to main floor to prevent any water issues. I cleaned the blower wheel and the inside cabinet. I replaced the run capacitor for the blower. System is operating properly at this moment.
