Installed new customer supplied free standing tub, cut out hole in tile floor for water supply to newly installed free standing tub spout and sprayer and newly installed drain attachment into crawl space and existing drain. Also installed all delta trim kit for shower valve including trim plates. Hand held spout and sprayer, all handles and shower head. Also installed new ptraps and angle stops for newly installed double vanity and wide spread faucets for both sides. Free standing tub properly sat and sealed at base with clear silicon. Water turned on to test and ensure proper function to all new fixtures and additions.

Replaced 12 year old toilet with new customer supplied toilet, new nylon bolts, wax ring and toilet supply line. Base sealed with clear caulking. Toilet turned on and flushed to test and ensure proper function.

Our client needed a rough and done for a double vanity and a shower as well as a freestanding tub. The client provided Delta shower with diverter, which was rough in at the appropriate height. Double vanity, plumbing rough was done to the exact dimensions of the item that the client provided. Water piping underneath house was done and shut off valves were in place for each fixture. We are scheduling to communicate on December 2 for the fixture trim out.
