Upon arrival customer stated furnace not heating. After technician diagnosed full system tech found damages at furnace control board and a failed pressure switch. Flue pipe not in code, duct work is not properly sealed, dirty blower wheel at furnace, no safety flood protection at furnace and outdoor unit refrigerant is phased out R-22. Customer just wanted to do the basic band-aid repair just to get system back up and running at this time. Tech ordered part and replaced part same day, furnace is back up and running in heat mode at this time. Tech recommended Home Care membership plan for discounts and our warranty coverage, customer declined at this time.

Upon arrival customer wanted a quote on evap coil and duct cleaning. I explained all options to customer about our individual cleaning options. Due to our duct cleaning services were unable to deliver cleaning on same day. Customer wants to just move forward today with our Home Care membership plan. Found a water stain above the dining room. Found that the source of this stain is potentially coming from the tub. Removed Jacuzzi tub pump screen to find wet floor near the tub faucet. Removed section of drywall to inspect tub faucet. Found water coming from 3/8 copper supply line. Repair impossible from inspection area. Gave estimate to remove tile to expose piping and fix leak

heat isn’t working properly he says it stays on for a while then shuts off. Upon arrival we noticed a 20 year old Goodman furnace giving a pressure switch open error code. We tested electrical and noticed after time the system kicked on. We noticed lots of wires were burned out and the molex plug is shorting out at the control board. The blower capacitor is weak reading 9.3 and inducer motor also over amping

Found gas was shut off to second floor system. Checked heat exchangers for crack and carbon monoxide leaks found no issues. Tested heat for good heating blowing 122 returning 84. System is operating properly at this time
