System is not working due to a defective control board. Blower wheel is dirty, no form of water safety’s on system, no pan on system, burners are rusty, heat exchanger is rusted out, and contactor is out of manufacture specs. Recommend replacing system due to the heat exchanger being rusted out.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Findings: System over 10 years old. Rusted burner. Rusted flue pipe with holes in it. Rusted coil. Rusted inducer draft motor. Dirty blower wheel. Failed blower capacitor. Failed condenser capacitor. Improper ducts. Ducts not insulated. Failed condensate pump. Improper gas line and no sediment trap. Dirty condenser coil.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Upon arrival customer stated he has been having issues with the upstairs system not cooling since last year. Customer stated that he has had to have this unit filled with refrigerant before. After inspection of system found that when I sent the call to ac to turn on nothing on equipment came on. Had proper voltage going to thermostat. I bypassed thermostat and system came on. Unit has a bad thermostat. Did full elevation on system. As system ran found that unit was very low on refrigerant, evaporator coil very rusted, blower wheel is dirty, float switch for drain pan very aged, contactor at outdoor unit very pitted. Advised customer of issues, recommended replacing thermostat, doing a leak search to determine where unit is leaking, replace float pan switch, and replace pitted contactor. Customer only wanted to do leak search at this time. Did full leak search on system and found leak at the evaporator coil. Evaporator coil is very rusted and in bad shape. Performed plumbing inspection. Check pictures for findings.

Put back disposal in place, placed pipes back in fixtures.

Service upgrade

Shower inspection. Found water leaking thru shower door seals.

Tested system not cooling for the whole home with two zones. Found the system. Pressures are low due to a clogged evaporator coil inside the air handler. The blower wheel and the condenser coil are also very dirty and need cleaning. This system is lacking flood protections as well. While in the attic looking at the unit, I noticed the dryer vent was completely disconnected and is no longer vented to the outside. It is blowing into the attic and would need to be replaced.

Our client reached out to us in reference to a toilet that was rocking. Our client just purchased his home and the home inspector notice it and recommended to be changed in repair. A couple other items recorded that I noticed, but this was the main thing they wanted done. The repair was made in tested for leaks and no leaks were found. Toilet is Caulked and the supply line was changed. Our client is satisfied now and will reach out to us when they are ready for the future work.

Our client reach out to us in reference to their toilet in the half bathroom by the kitchen that was malfunctioning due to a flush tower that was installed by a previous plumbing company. After identifying the issue, the quote was provided. The client was comfortable with it, and I proceeded With the procedure. The defective item was replaced and tested.The supply line was replaced as well due to corrosion or oxidation. The toilet is working perfectly and our client is Happy

Customer was experiencing mainline blockage symptoms. Tested all fixtures and the blockage relieved itself on site. Camera inspection scheduled for 3-6 today.
