Replaced dryer vent booster fan, and rerouted the venting itself with flexible vent and secured very thoroughly. Had to cut out a piece of the roof to open up and meet the cap on the outside. Also cleaned all of the existing vent runs From the inside. After installing tested fully and found no failures at this time. We need to follow up with drywall damage repair.

Check system for home care and found no wet switch or safety switch for better flood protection on the system also found no indoor air quality products to help Keep the system and air cleaner. Also recommend replacing zoning for the system to run more efficiently and healthier and found no other issues at this time replace the filter, and everything is running as it should at this time

Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: no power to outlets LOCATION: kitchen fridge side FINDINGS:found that when the customer was trying to replace a cover plate the wiggled the loose outlet and caused the hot terminal on the outlet to come in contact with the ground. This “tripped the breaker however the breaker did not indicate that it had tripped. RESOLUTION:recommend at the bare minimum to replace the now burnt outlet and the breaker. The devices are back stabbed so best option would be to replace all outlets and switches in the home Replace only the burnt outlet and the breaker.

Replaced the gas hot water containment system in the utility closet on the top floor. Installed new system with all code upgrades to include but not limited to heater pan, thermal expansion tank mounted to bracket, quarter turn shut off valve, gas valve, gas supply line etc. restored water and gas flow, purged water lines and tested to ensure proper function. Check system for no cooling and found that the contactor has melted and burnt up the thermostat wire and the thermostat itself. Replaced the thermostat. Also the contactor and some thermostat wire started up everything and tested heating and cooling, and everything runs as it should at this time.
