Inspection report stated that there was no grounding in panel. The home has a meter disconnect on the outside of the home, which all grounding goes to the means of disconnect. All grounding goes outside to meter disconnect and not into the panel. Separate Double tap neutrals Remove bonding screw in sub panel Apply antioxidant To all remaining aluminum wires for sub panel

Troubleshoot EV Charger

Customer is moving and needs ceiling fan in bedroom moved a few feet in same bedroom to original junction box.

Upon arrival customer stated that he was having issues with the upstairs system not cooling. After inspection of system found that unit was in a hard lockout. Tried to reset system and the control board would not come out the lockout. Advised customer he has a failed furnace control board. Customer declined recommendations to do any repairs at this time. Advised customer with new board there can be other underlying issues with system. Recommended install supervisor on giving quote for new system due to age and past problems of equipment, customer declined recommendations at this time. Requested estimate be sent via email. Unit not working at this time.

Run new thermostat cable from upstairs master bedroom, thermostat through attic And run on the side of gutter to AC unit three stories down

Replace washer machine box

System was not cooling due to a defective condenser fan motor. System has no water protection, run capacitor is out of manufacture specs, blower wheel is dirty, flexible gas line inside furnace (not up to code), dual capacitor is out of manufacture specs, and contactor is out of manufacture specs. Replaced defective condenser fan motor and run capacitor.

Installed customer supplied toilet in the master bathroom, also replaced 1/2“ x 3/8 CPVC supply stop.

1. Upstairs system. Warranty. No issue with new install. 2. Main system. Service call. No heat. 17 year old system. Found failed Ignitor. //Discussed repair vs replace options with Mr. William. He chose to replace the Ignitor and blower capacitor to get system running tonight. //Ruben has been scheduled 9-11 tomorrow. Please change to 2-5. Ballast bypass light in exam room #9

Performed homecare maintenance on two systems. Upstairs: Added wet switch and ss1 to system to ensure no water issues. Cleaned blower wheel. Cleaned condenser coil. Replaced contactor.

Performed 1 system cooling diagnostic on the mainfloor hvac system. I found a failed condensation pump and tripped pump safeties. With the homeowners permission I replaced the failed pump. I found that the AC system has a dirty coil that is driving up head pressures. I also found that the 29 year old Lennox furnace is not providing adequate air flow. The system may also have contaminated refrigerant and a possible refrigerant leak. The hvac system is old and has failed and should be replaced. The system will/may fail in the near future and maybe running now but it will not be able to cool the home when it gets hot outside (in the next few weeks). The homeowner declined to get a free estimate to see what a new hvac system would cost with one of our install supervisors.
