Replaced faulty breaker

Sub panel in basement, reroute overloaded circuits to sub panel, add two 20amp circuits in basement bar

Take down old 2 by 4 fluorescent fixtures and replace with cs led 2 by 4 fixtures Install cs dimmer in dining room Take out old can in kitchen and install downstairs Move breakfast light over and install with new fan rated box and wire tap in attic

Major toilet rebuild on powder room toilet as well as angle stop replaced for same toilet to stop leaking. Major rebuild included all new bolts and gaskets, fill valve, flush valve, flush handle, and supply line. Water turned on to test and ensure proper function.

Customer recently had ductwork damage to supply ductwork for upper level system. Two 6” supply ducts for master bedroom needs replacement, along with collar and boots. Sealed collars to allow heating to other ducts. Tested heating.

troubleshoot hallway and EV charger not working

Slow tub drain in the jack and Jill bathroom, no other fixtures affected, use tub gun to clear blockage and pull hair out of tub crosshair, tested fixtures for 15 minutes and drain is great

Replace two GFI’s and install new bubble cover on one

Diagnosed issue with outdoor outlet

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Replaced outdoor fan motor. Check and tested operations. No other issues found at this time.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 1 system diagnostic for main level unit. Found HSI cracked, inducer motor drawing high amps, dirty blower wheel, unit is 26years old, recommend replacing furnace due to age of unit and cost of repairs. also informed customer about lack of flood protection for the unit. Customer requested quote for finance. Schedule TGL.

Replace three shower cartridges and rebuild one toilet

Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 3 systems. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Replaced one 16x25x4 media filter for basement level, 25x25x1 filter for main level and two 20x25x4 media filters for upper level. Customer would like quote for ductwork modifications for upper level. Also, flue venting needs replacing for upper level furnace. Spoke with customer about age and condition of main level system. Numerous failing components. R22 based system with known refrigerant leak. No form of water protection present for main and upper levels. Informed customer of all findings.

Recommend replacing draft inducer motor and capacitor got blower motor for main floor system.
