Upon arrival customer stated system not cooling. After technician diagnosed full system, tech found failed defrost board and possible failure/damage compressor. Unable to check refrigerant pressures also at this time due to system froze over with ice. Found dirty blower wheel, biological growth/germs at indoor coil, no flood zone safety switch at secondary drain pan, I explained these concerns with customer about our system repair vs system replacement options, customer wants to talk it over with spouse before making any decisions. Upon arrival customer stated upstairs furnace not heating, after technician diagnosed full system tech found, IDM port to draft motor was clogged, tech cleared out draft port pressure switch is now opening and closing properly. Upstairs furnace is back heating good at this time. Tech also discovered other area of concerns for upstairs furnace which was addressed on inspection sheet, customer is aware of these issues of concerns. Completed homecare maintenance for single system home. Tested fully from the thermostat. Dirty media filter needs replacing. Blower wheel is also very dirty. Found the blower motor is over amp and struggling to start up. Today I replaced the blower motor along with the capacitor and cleaned out the blower housing. Repairs tested system fully and found no failures at this time. Also changed out 4 inch filter for the customer as a courtesy.

Installed a new water service line from the water meter to the inside of the crawlspace where it ties in with the existing copper line. Installed a 1/4 turn valve and box by the meter for easy access. Placed sight tubes along the trench, will return to remove after the inspection.

Tested system for upstairs level. Recently had a fire that started across the fence and caused some scorching of the outer shell of the condenser air condition units that sit outside. Did not find any internal damage and went over the outside coils with a leak detector to ensure that there is no refrigerant leaking. Customer also had some smells inside the home, checked in the attic and saw no signs of smoke or residual. The ductwork is original and not sealed very well and at the time of the fire, some of the residual smoke could have entered the attic and seed in through the unsealed ducts. At this time if the customer would want to fix the cosmetic damage that occurred from the scorching, including melting of some of the plastic, the only option would be to replace the outdoor condenser units.

Replace all the breakers with the breakers listed for the panel, separate neutrals, clean up all the wiring Run new circuit for the oven in the basement apartment

Took apart, both sinks to unclear hair, causing sinks to slow drain

Install new car charger and replace the breaker for correctly sized amperage.

Double checked wiring for the existing car charger and determined the car charger is bad. Will need to replace the charger and upsize the breaker depending on which charger is purchased. Estimate is sent for your car charger install, whenever you decide which charger and when it’ll be coming in just let us know!
