Customer has 4 y/o Ruud system that operate for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System was not heating due to improper pitch of the flue venting. Elevated pitch of flue vent. Secured with metal strapping. Tested heating 3x. System is currently working.

Replace remainder of drain branches and trunk line in crawl space. Replace small section of cast through exterior wall to outside clean out which is pvc. Replace 40 gallon gas water heater.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Call system observation by the time of arrival client claimed that the unit was stripping the breaker at night time completing diagnostic. Found it as bad. We need to be replaced. Client ask for us to eliminate the strip due to the other HVAC system that he has they also bring air to the House more worry about having air conditioning upstairs than the heat.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Performed leak search and found that gas valve and gas connection were leaking. Replaced gas valve with flex gas line connection. Detected no gas leaks. Media filter needs replacing. Blower wheel needs cleaning. No form of water protection is present. Tested heating. System is currently working.
