Replaced all components inside of downstairs toilet. Replaced handle on the upstairs toilet. Tighten piping underneath the kitchen sink. Cut into the wall of the hallway bathroom vanity to access the drain, removed broken section of drain line and replaced. Installed drain assembly and attached to the sink. Tested all fixtures, no leaks detected.

Cleared blockage in main floor guest bathroom sink also cleared blockage in upstairs guest bathroom tub.

Replace cast iron kitchen sink drain with pvc. Reconnect to cast iron in crawl space right before it enters concrete slab.

Plumbing work

For this job, We worked on replacing and installed 3 led flat panels and installed 1 6” recess led light

Cleared bathroom group blockage with k400, tested fixtures for 15 minutes. camera tech verified the integrity of the line and found no pipe imperfections. Reset toilet and found no leaks, flushes great

Service visit on Generac 22kw standby generator

Return from yesterday, removed back board and reattached firnco coupling, verified the drain was cleared from yesterday’s work with a camera and tested fixtures for 15 min. Yesterday we ran 2 different cable machines and cleared the blockage

On this visit we rewired the unit from the disconnect with brand new wire. Connected the disconnect and control panel as well. Correcting the issues with breakers powering all the units is not included in this invoice.

Relocated front hose bib to a different location, and sealed the penetration for the existing hose bib. Replaced the pressure regulator valve, the water pressure now has a reading of 57 psi. Replaced the metal drain assembly underneath the upstairs hall bath. Tested with no leaks.

Changed a customer supplied kitchen faucet

Replace bad smoke detector constantly chirping

Performed 2 system inspection changed filters, check and tested electrical, inspected amp draws, inspected safeties. Furnaces are both 2 years old. Upstairs condenser is 11 and main level condenser is 4 years old. Recommended IAQ and joining homecare. Customer is still deciding if she will be staying in home and will contact us about homecare.

For this job I worked on troubleshooting why garage circuit wasn’t working properly. There is a faulty GFCI in the garage that tripped, causing the rest of the circuit to not work. recommend replacing at least the GFCI. left estimates to redevice whole home due to all outlets and switches are original to when the house was built, Over 50 years old. Also left another estimate for a new service due to meter and electrical panel are original as well. Left financing form in their email. All of this is recommended to improve the safety of their home.

Customer has 35 y/o Bryant system that operates for whole house. System was not heating properly due to very dirty filter causing airflow issues tripping safeties. Noticed during inspection that system is in very poor condition. Poor combustion. Bad heat exchanger. Failing inducer and blower motor. Weak run capacitor. Dirty blower wheel. Duct cleaning needed. No water protection. Incorrect flue venting. Poor gas line connection. Bad ignitor. R22 based system. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
