Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Installed wet switch for water protection upgrade. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Recommend iWave-R Air Ionizer for air purification. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are fair. Breaker for AC is wrong size. Informed customer of findings. System is currently working.

Customer has 1 y/o Carrier furnace matched with 6 y/o Trane AC that operates for whole house. Spotting on ceiling is old and possibly came from older system, as customer stated that no new spotting has been present since system was replaced. Replaced 20x25x1 filter. Pressure levels were normal. System is currently working.

Performed home care maintenance on one system. Added wet switch, added ss1 on to condensate drain, replaced dual capacitor, cleaned blower wheel, and added UV light to system. Restored flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Blower motor is pulling correct amps. Flue pipe, gas sediment trap, and gas line are up to code. cleared condensate drain. Condensate pump is working properly. Added green tablets to pump to prevent water sludge. Replaced 16/25/4 filter.

Perform a systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. Tested system not cooling for the whole home. Found the system, not turning on due to a failed capacitor to the compressor. Through a new capacitor on to be able to test further. Found that the condenser coil outside is very dirty and caked up with lint because the dryer vent exits right near the unit. Also found that the contactor is pitted, ductwork is extremely dirty, and the system is lacking flood protections. Today we completed repairs, including cleaning the condenser coil, installing turbo capacitor, replacing the contactor, and scheduling a duct cleaning. After repairs were completed, started the system up and tested with no failures at this time.

Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Repaired condensate drain line for main level, as well as, added wet switch for upgraded water protection. Tested and cleared drain line. Recommend blower wheel cleaning for main level. Run capacitor tested weak. Replaced Model 413 media filter for upper level. Recommend iWave-R Air Ionizer for upper level system. Dampers are operational. Pressure levels were normal for upper level. Main level pressure levels were in decline for R22 system. Dual capacitor for main level is bad. Compressor nearing failure. Recommend condenser coil cleaning for upper level. Informed customer of all findings. Systems are currently working.

Provided estimate for washing machine box. Will replace Friday.

Installed new damper assembly for Master bedroom (Zone 2). Tested damper. System is currently working.
