Customer has 3 y/o Carrier heat pump system that operates for basement level. System was not working properly due to faulty thermostat. Installed new Ecobee thermostat. Tested heating, cooling, and auxiliary heating. Replaced 16x20x1 filter. No pan water protection present. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth. Pressure levels were low indicating loss of refrigerant. Unable to properly diagnose leak due to customer time restriction. Informed customer of findings.

For this job, I worked on helping Tyler by troubleshooting why living room lost power. Turns out there was a loose connection at the breaker, killing the circuit. throughout the process of opening up several switches and outlets on that circuit, I noticed Several switches and outlets are in rough condition. there was one switch that broke as soon as I pulled it out so I replaced it as a courtesy but I highly recommend them redevicing their Home. also left another recommendations list that will improve the safety of their home. checked voltage and power upon completing troubleshoot, living room is working properly again.
