Customer has a builder grade whole hoke regulator. Recommend replacing with a higher quality one to address borderline high water pressure. Pressure is at 72 psi. Recommended range is between 50 to 70 psi. Explained to customer that the old gate style valve is still there between the newer ball valve and whole home regulator. Explained that in order to remove it I would need to cut into drywall to remove it. Customer opted to leave it there and only replace whole home regulator to address pressure issue
We troubleshoot an outdoor outlet tripping because of Christmas lights. When it tripped the homeowner was not able to pen their garage doors. Solution: We ran a new dedicated 15amp circuit to an existing outlet in the garage. We replaced the outlet with a GFI and also replaced the outdoor outlet with a GfI and a new bubble cover. The outdoor outlet is on the line side of the indoor GFI so that if the outdoor GFI trips it will not affect the inside outlets.
