Replaced ceiling fans, added outlets and brought power for attic fan.

No cool tripping breaker Responded to call replaced completely impacted filter reset breaker checked operations found failed capacitor causing breaker to trip. Gave customer options they called other companies when onsite and had the part on the kitchen table. Left equipment off at thermostat

Home care inspection on one system. Checked heating and cooling, replaced filter and cleared drain line. Found dual capacitor weak (reading 16 on a 45 microfarad). Also, customer wants to install two ecobee thermostats in the house. Replaced dual capacitor and installed two ecobee thermostats. Helped customer to set ecobee app and showed how they work , manually and /or thru the app. System is heating and cooling properly at this time.

Completed a 4 system home care maintenance. Replaced the customers air filters and cleaned the washable air filters. Checked: the flue pipes, compressors, capacitors, refrigerant levels, fan motors, and the contactors.

We will replace the bathroom outlet

Over the past two days we replaced the existing challenger panel with a new 42 space QO panel. We installed whole home search protection. We installed dual function breakers on all 120 V circuits. We replaced all three existing carbon/smoke detectors, and installed a new smoke detector in each of the three bedrooms. We also installed a new circuit feeding an outlet for a new gas range

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet. While inspecting I also noticed flap and fill valve were starting to degrade and recommended it get replaced. Customer agreed and I cleared the blockage then took out the fill valve, flap, and supply line. I broke the flush valve in the process and replaced that. Installed all new parts and tested throughly.

Estimate for foyer chandelier replacement

Customer had no hot water. Discovered that gas control valve had failed on the water heater. Customer opted to go ahead and replace water heater with a new 6 year warranty 50 gallon gas water heater While replacing water heater, noticed that the venting from water heater tied into common vent from furnace in an improper fashion. Informed customer about this issue and provided customer with an estimate to address this issue. Customer is going ahead and proceeding with inspection of water heater first prior to performing any work on the venting. Replaced water heater, tested work and cleaned up. Leak at connection between washing machine hose and washing machine connection. The kitchen faucet will not shut off, Delta sent the customer a replacement cartridge and replacement solenoid valve. This estimate include replacing washing machine hoses, installing customer supplied faucet parts. Also includes cutting Sheetrock and replacing the rear hose bib. Work performed: -Replaced PRV and whole home shutoff and set the pressure to 65 psi -Cut an 8x8 access in Sheetrock wall and replaced rear hose bib. We installed an access panel to cover the opening. -Replaced customer supplied solenoid for delta kitchen faucet. We were unable to replace cartridge as bonnet nut was seized. The customer is happy with the current operation of the faucet. -We replaced the washing machine hoses on the basement washing machine. We tested and no more leaks were found. -we adjusted the temperature on the master shower for the customer as a courtesy. The customer tested it and is happy with the curr

Upon arrival we completed previously quoted work. we began by disconnecting and removing both toilets located in the upstairs bathrooms and installed two new Kohler Kingston toilets. Both flanges were in good condition and properly installed with no need for replacement. Due to failed inspection, we replaced the water heater drain pan with a proper drain assembly per inspectors specification. While completing work, we noticed that the venting assembly was completely disconnected behind the wall with customers approval, we opened up the ceiling and removed the damage to section of pipe and install a new healthy section of vent pipe. As a courtesy we replaced the shower heads. Once all work was complete we pressurized the system and tested to confirm proper function, no further issues detected.

Full system install with new return duct

System not cooling due to a failed reversing valve. Also no safety switch on evap coil. Gave customer quote customer declined at this time.

Came to residence today for light in master bath toilet area not working. Upon inspection of the switches found they did poor connection around the screws for the switch which was causing it to get hot and start messing up the switch. Recommend changing out the switch for a new one and redo the connections properly for the switches.

Replace and re-grade clean out to proper fall

Troubleshoot the bathroom outlets not working. Replace the master outlet in the bathroom that has failed. Also replacing the gfi in the upstairs bathroom.

Today I performed a troubleshoot on a flickering light fan. I determined the problem to be inside the fan. The customer will have me come back to replace the fans when he purchases new ones.

Repair toilet flange in master bathroom

No cool on the main system, due to a leak in the evaporator coil. Also, main damper is not fully opened and single capacitor is weak. Sent estimates to potential repairs (replace coil, motor damper and single capacitor), but, due to the be (10 years old) and conditions of the system (evaporator coil leaking), Highly recommend to upgrade the system, and bring savings, comfort and efficiency back to the house. Set a lead , to quote upgrading,for today.

Install outlet outside for the landscape lights.

Customer called us out because their pressure assist toilet was taking multiple flushes to fully flush the toilet. I went and bought a new cartridge and installed it. Tested the toilet thoroughly and everything worked well.

No cool whole home. Found system to be empty of refrigerant. Performed nitrogen leak search. Found outdoor condensing coil to be leaking. Did not locate any leaks in evap coil. Inspected furnace locating a crack in heat exchanger, and single wall flue pipe. Both plenums are duct board and in poor condition. System has minimal flood protection. Informed customer of cracked heat exchanger, advised due to safety concerns not to operate heat. Turned thermostat in off position. Customer signed up for Homecare and agreed to get quote for replacing equipment. Existing trane equipment was not registered and is out of manufacture warranty. Prices quoted for repairs are estimates as manufacturer is closed today and will reopen on Monday. Will call for availability and costs Monday morning update the quote then remain everything to customer.
