Replaced aged water heaters with new green 50 gallon gas water heaters. 10 year warranty on water heaters. Installed new recirculation pump and check valve. Tested for leaks. No leaks present at technicians departure.

Installed a new 90 amp breaker for the sub panel. The screw for the breaker is stripped out and the wire is stripped back too far. We installed a new dual function breaker for the closet outlet. We by passed the faceless gfci device and tied the wires together and installed a new blank plate. We also installed a new outlet in the master closet. We wrapped the wires around the screws to ensure a good connection. Everything is working upon departure.

This job was to replace rusted 1” flue pipe and bring it back to code. Replaced all flue pipe for a double wall flue pipe. Will return next Tuesday (02/25) for condenser coil cleaning, after 2 pm.

Complete the following work: On the main level supply and install (5) Light Almond Decora style dimmers in the following locations: *Sitting Room *Kitchen Cans *Breakfast room *Master bath vanity *Dining room Under the stairwell in the basement wire in a new dedicated 20 amp circuit for (2) new location receptacles. Supply and install a new 20 amp duel function breaker for the circuit. For the basement tray ceilings wire in (2) new location receptacles in each tray off the existing circuit. Drywall cutting may occur

Customer experiencing a blocked shower drain. Cleared shower drain blockage with chain machine to remove as much buildup on the walls of the drain pipes as possible. Ran machine 3 times and verified a proper flow.

Single system Homecare. Flushed drain, cleaned flame sensor. Checked electrical components and safeties. Checked standing refrigerant pressure, performed carbon monoxide inspection, changed filter. Checked static pressure and gas pressure. Visually inspected heat exchanger, coils and blower. Performed infrared leak detection on indoor coil and outdoor unit. Found worn ignitor, weak run and dual capacitors, dirty blower, dirty ac, minimal flood protection and no IAQ. Replaced hot surface ignitor with OEM. Quoted other repairs. Customer is waiting to renew Homecare at this time

Replaced filter. Checked all operations. Replaced weak dual capacitor.

Troubleshoot on light not working

Came here today to troubleshoot breaker not resetting. Found out the hot water circulator was tripping the breaker. As soon as you unplug it from the outlet the breaker holds. Told the homeowner to have a plumber take a look at the device.

Replace pressure regulator. Replace dishwasher to piece in kitchen replace trap extension and hook up pop-up on master bathroom lav.

Strap drain line for sewer ejector pump, warranty swap check valve on sewer ejector pump

Main level thermostat got no power. Inspected system. There was power at the board but furnace door was loose and not getting good connection at the door switch. Put the door back tight and thermostat worked. . Inspected furnace and found a crack in the heat exchanger (picture). . Also, blower wheel is extremely dirty, that can make motor work harder and it gives less airflow to the house and motor can overheat and stop working. . Checked for Co leaking but couldn’t find any at this time, but, due to the crack in the heat exchanger, Co can starting to leak in the house. . There is only one in line switch (to prevent water leak in the garage, in case of drain line get clogged). Also, evaporator coil started to building up some biological growth. Air quality in the main level of the house is compromised and the air conditioner works with r22(Freon), that has been phased out. . System is from 2008 and on its last legs. . Demoed damaged wiring and installed a junction to re-feed the outlet. The circuit is already arc fault protected. Prior to the arrival of TE certified, the homeowner had removed a square of sheet rock where the screw penetrated the wire

Troubleshoot tankless water heater

During our visit, the existing Rheem tankless water heater was replaced with a Navien NPE-240-a2. All new isolation valves, check valves, and an expansion tank were added as well. Each fixture was purged and tested for hot water. All connections were tested for leaks after completion of the installation.

Customer was having an issue with circuit number 24 tripping. This breaker controls the foyer and the room just to the right of the foyer along with the front door receptacle. Customer stated that during the hard rain the circuit went off and the breaker would hold for a couple seconds before shutting off. She checked the front door receptacle and noticed that it was wet so she let it air dry for a day before we came out. After further investigation it was suggested to have the device and cover replaced. I tested the breaker and the breaker was on and holding without any issues. I made the customer aware to call us if it goes out again.

Excavated at meter to expose leak. Replaced leaking section of water service pipe. Tested for leaks, all good. Cannot warranty connection made to existing water service pipe. The material of the piping is polybutylene. This material experienced a recall and is not an acceptable material for service piping. Suggest replacement of water service to prevent any future leaks.

Completed HomeCare visit. Corrected flue pipe and cleaned blower wheel

Today we came out for main level not heating 2017 Goodman 60k with 2.5 ton ac. Found high limit switch opening due to high gas pressure. Adjusted outlet gas pressure and monitored system for a hour. Inspected heat exchanger with digital camera and ran carbon monoxide test in main level bathroom. Left all equipment operational.

Performed (2) system home care, both filters get replaced by homeowner. Found a weak capacitor on the main floor heat pump system and replaced it with a new 35/5 capacitor. At this time, both systems are operating properly.

Install chandelier in kitchen

Customer had high water bill. Discovered defective fill valve in hallway bathroom. Replace with new fill valve. Resolved issue. No warranty due to bandaid repair and high pressure.
