Once we opened up panel cover we noticed that the mr sparky surge pro is tied into incorrect breaker, what we can do is remove breaker and tie into dryer breaker and open up space for new oven line, this option is viable if panel is replaced in near future, main electrical panel had double tapped neutrals with grounds. The main electrical panel is a sylvania with challenger breakers, need to replace panel in future.

We did a troubleshoot for the breaker tripping issue in the kitchen We redid connections in switch box in kitchen. The connections were loose. We also replaced damaged breaker in the main electrical panel.

Completed comprehensive AC tune-up on Trane XR17 system in Woodstock residence. Cleaned condenser coils, checked refrigerant levels (optimal), and replaced standard air filter with high-MERV allergen filter. Electrical connections were secure with minimal wear. Calibrated thermostat for improved efficiency and tested all operational modes. System is running at 94% efficiency after service. Recommended quarterly filter changes due to pet presence. Unit should perform excellently through peak summer months.

Brought water heater back up to code. Uninstalled and reinstalled water heater. Also replaced pressure regulator

I was called out to John’s house for a heating issue. They have lived here for over 20 years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we didn’t discover a reason for the system to not be heating but the furnace was from 2003 making well past normal life expectancy. After speaking with John we discovered that the issue was just a safety that the system uses to protect itself but was normal operation. Due to the cost of potential repairs, lack of warranty, and for reliability replacement is a viable option.

Install new warehouse light fixture in suite 150

Installed new 40 gallon Rheem water heater. Installed anode rod upgrade kit. Installed new main shutoff and PRV. Installed new isolation valve for front spigot. Installed new copper on main and reworked water lines above heater. Installed new stream labs. Connected to homeowner phone. Check and tested for leaks. No leaks. Heater set to 120 F

Performed one system home care, tested the equipment and heating and cooling operations. At this time, the system is operating properly.

Replacing the outside meter with a new meter with spaces to add a new inter lock kit and add a generator inlet circuit outside.

Checked 16-25-1 filter, it is good at this time. Removed and cleaned flame sensor, took temperatures at equipment, used thermostat to cycle both heat and cool, flushed the drain line with 2 gallons of hot water, cleared pressure switch port and tubing, and checked/tightened all wire connections. Inspected Heat exchanger, evaporator coil, & plenum with bore scope camera. -Heat exchanger has multiple small cracks and rust damage -Blower motor is weak and on the verge of failure -Blower wheel is dirty, restricting air flow -Evaporator coil is severely Rusted -Electromagnetic Contactor on the AC is bad and causing the furnace fuse to trip -Furnace has a several rusted areas and some safety switches are ruined -Condenser Coil is dirty -Compressor is over amping.

Installation of Rinnai RU199iN tankless water heater completed at Woodstock residence. Removed existing 50-gallon tank unit which had begun leaking from base. New installation required significant upgrades to accommodate tankless technology: expanded natural gas line from 1/2" to 3/4" to provide required 199,000 BTU capacity; installed dedicated 240V electrical circuit; modified water supply lines with appropriate expansion tank; created new direct-vent system through exterior wall with proper clearances. System includes integrated recirculation pump with timer programming for instant hot water delivery. All work performed to manufacturer specifications and current building codes. 2 System Inspection. Checked both filters, they are good at this time. (20-25-5 & 16-25-1) Removed and cleaned flame sensors, took temperatures readings at equipment between supply & return, used thermostat to cycle both heat and cool, flushed drain lines with hot water, cleared pressure switch port and tubing, and checked/tightened all wire connections. Inspected heat exchangers, blower wheels/motors, and evaporator coils.
